The seller, Viet Dinh, a former Chief Legal and Policy Officer for Fox Corporation, had originally bought the home for $19.5 million in May 2019.
With this latest addition, Kendrick’s real estate portfolio now totals around $80 million, including previous purchases in Manhattan Beach, Bel Air, and Brooklyn.
