Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Supervisor at WeBuyCars, your duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating activities of warehouse staff as per the roster.
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Managing and reporting workplace incidents and safety breaches to maintain a safe workspace.
- Overseeing the quality of work completed by the maintenance staff.
- Ensuring the proper cleaning and tagging of price cards for vehicles, ensuring accuracy in vehicle descriptions.
- Monitoring all inspections and repairs to ensure they comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Communicating inspection findings and repair recommendations to the Warehouse Manager.
- Supervising the floor maintenance staff, warehouse drivers, key room operations, and photobooth staff.
- Managing inbound processes, including vehicle inspections, rejects, and logistics-related tasks.
- Collaborating with third-party logistics providers to manage TAC (Tracking Assistance Coordination) and tracking unit deinstallations.
- Enforcing company policies related to fuel usage across various departments.
- Ensuring vehicle cleanliness on the sales floor and responding promptly to any spills or maintenance issues.
