Holly Ramsay, daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, has announced her engagement to Olympic gold medalist Adam Peaty. The couple, who met in 2021, shared the exciting news on Instagram on Thursday, September 12.
Holly, 24, posted a heartfelt message: “Thank you for letting the little girl inside of me feel loved, seen, and happier than ever. I love you & I cannot wait to be your wife.” She also expressed her commitment to Peaty’s four-year-old son, George, whom he shares with ex-partner Eiri Munro, writing, “Everything is better with you. Everything has been better since you. Here’s to forever.” She concluded her post with a Bible verse from 1 Corinthians 13:13: “And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. Adam Peaty, 29, shared his own tribute to Holly, calling her “gentle, caring, and beautiful,” while reflecting on their relationship. “You’ve been with me at my lowest and helped me navigate my own darkness. For the first time in my life, I’m happy with the man I’ve become,” he wrote.
The couple began dating in 2021 after meeting when Peaty appeared on Strictly Come Dancing alongside Holly’s sister, Tilly Ramsay. They went public with their relationship in June 2022.

Peaty, a six-time Olympic medalist, recently took a break from swimming after winning silver at the Paris Olympics. He has shared plans to focus on other priorities, including family and personal growth.
